Day Sixteen (The Grant & Tip to SFPD)

From the start of a major crime spree that swept the nation. one has made it her duty to bring it to you, and here it is in it's final notes. I have no powers to arrest anyone. All I am here for is to prove to all of you. that it was you the public who committed the fraud. I can not arrest you. that is the police and/or the FBI's Job.
