In the case between the US Fed's vs the state of SD. It was
the state of south Dakota whom broken the law on all counts. We give the
case to the Fed's. The State lost. After the final analysis. stated all
that happened.

2. Richard A Garza told us to seek legal Help.
3. We the company of Multilingual Radio Network applied to Marty Jackley, South Dakota Attorney General for Legal Help.
4. Marty Jackley sent the Threatening racist e-mail To Wesley Kari.
5. The Public saw Wesley Kari commit Suicide.
6. People starting cyber-stalking. and all the names and ip address were all noted.
7. The company called the police. on two separate occasions. nothing was done.
8. The company of World Public Media submitted a complaint to the Sioux Falls Police Department after several days. The company had enough and said no.
9. The company teamed up with Department of Homeland Security and now they are in Sioux Falls in Training.

full final review. of all The company applied for legal help in October
of 2013. The racist e-mail came in on November 15th 2013. at that
time. sparked one of the most talked about Cyber-War on South Dakota.

racist towards Wesley Kari. which promopted his suicide.

15 2013, was when his hate e-mail came in. targeting Wesley. causing
his death. however according to State law. they have the right to
discriminate against GLBTIQ. this is what exactly what happened. The
state don't even ably by Federal Mandated laws.
is why they get away with cyber-stalking. and harassing the GLBT.
