She had studied her test with the state of California to obtain her California license as a Counselor. SAMHSA Was the one who gave that license to her. Angela has been to Collage, Studied Psychology at a Alternative program at the University of Ireland in the UK. Her Diploma notes are enclosed, Angela was hoping to get the Job. Being Angela heard they were looking for a counselor. Angela whom stood out like a Immigrant. Spoken two languages. and has even tried to get them aware of what she had to offer. What she didn't tell them, is that she had money for them. If Angela would of been given the job. They would of got her money to keep it open. Angela was since deported.
